Hi I noticed that in property directory under each property You have names of packages that include that property.
    There are five options:
    Lite - free package
    Enterprise - enterprise package
    PremiumV3 - premium package

what are Basic and Native? Are there other packages You have/offer?

Unfortunately Lite plan doesn't include DeviceType property? Do You offer any plans that have this property that are cheaper that Enterprise? I can't afford full price, but I'd liek to pay for that extra property.

    Hi Tomasz,

    Thanks for contacting 51Degrees.

To answer your first question, Basic is our Free Cloud version. Native was an initial product when we first released native app support, but since rolled that into Enterprise for no extra cost, we shall update the site soon to remove that from the property dictionary.

In terms of the DeviceType Property. You can use our free cloud version which will give you this property, it is also in premium. both of which are cheaper options than Enterprise.

Please let me know if you need any further clarifications.

    Many thanks,

    Hi Lily,

thank You for reply. I didn't knew this property is included in free cloud version.
I tried making request to Your API, but I got 400 Bad Request.
I've did request using Postman to address: https://cloud.51degrees.com/api/v1/...properties (of course I've added my license key) but I got:

    <!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.01//EN""http://www.w3.org/TR/html4/strict.dtd">
            <TITLE>Bad Request</TITLE>
            <META HTTP-EQUIV="Content-Type" Content="text/html; charset=us-ascii">
            <h2>Bad Request - Invalid URL</h2>
<p>HTTP Error 400. The request URL is invalid.</p>

If I enter bad license key and do request to https://cloud.51degrees.com/api/v1/...properties I get "The licence key is invalid." which if fine.
Could You please check if this is a bug?

Also I'd like to ask how often do You update free cloud database? free on-permise has monthly updates, same with free cloud?
When do You plan to update free on-permise plan? Last update is from June. We all would be grateful for update.

    Best regards,
