Thanks for your question. The reason this is detecting erroneously is that we’ve never seen this User-Agent format before across all of our millions of global deployments. In situations like this our system will attempt to perform a match. This can be evidenced on our User-Agent tester where the method given for: https://51degrees.com/resources/use...3b+(gzip).
To resolve your problem we will manually insert the User-Agent you have provided into our database so it will instead resolve as an exact match for the Roku device. I will update this thread once the change is live.
If you have any similar User-Agents incorrectly detecting you can send them directly to firstname.lastname@example.org.
