    Hi,

    With devices that have very high screen resolution, the smartphone is recognized as tablet. A specific case we're facing:
    "Mozilla/5.0 (Linux; Android 9; EVR-L29) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/71.0.3578.98 Mobile Safari/537.36"

    "ScreenPixelsHeight": 1080
    "ScreenPixelsWidth": 2244
    "IsMobile": true
    "IsSmartPhone": false <-- this is not correct
    "IsTablet": true <-- this is not correct

    I'm sure some other devices are affected similarly. Can this be updated? Thank you.

    Hi Cedric,

    The reason this device is classified as a Tablet is due to a screen size of > 7 inches - as per our metadata definition for DeviceType, see: https://51degrees.com/resources/pro...dictionary

    However we are currently reviewing classification of the latest, larger smartphones, and will keep you updated with the status.

    Kind Regards,
    Liz.

    Hi Cedric,

    We have updated our metadata definitions so the device is now classified as a SmartPhone.

    Updated definitions for IsTablet and IsSmartPhone can be found here

    Thanks
    Daniel
