Of all the properties, I could use BatteryCapacity as a property (not sure if it works though), but I'm trying to find a guaranteed way to identify laptop and desktop traffic.

It doesn't have to be able to differentiate all traffic correctly, but the ones it's able to it has to be accurate. Any ideas if there's a way to achieve this?

    Thank you.

Hi and thank you for your enquiry. You can use our DeviceType property to look for the Desktop value for such devices. Another way to approach this is to use our IsMobile property and look for a False value.

One other way to approach this is to check for your traffic matching against UniqueID 15364, this profile is used for any unknown desktops, laptops or emulators.

You can find out more details about the properties that relate to your enquiry in our property dictionary here: https://51degrees.com/resources/pro...dictionary
