    Hi Team,
    We are currently testing theTrial version of Premium Device detection data plan.
    We are not getting the device information for many of our User-Agent strings.as below for example.

    1. mozilla/5.0 (windows nt 6.1; win64; x64) applewebkit/537.36 (khtml, like gecko) chrome/60.0.3112.113 safari/537.36
    2. mozilla/5.0 (ipad; cpu os 9_0_2 like mac os x) applewebkit/601.1.46 (khtml, like gecko) version/9.0 mobile/13a452 safari/601.1
    3. mozilla/5.0 (windows nt 6.1; wow64; trident/7.0; rv:11.0) like gecko
    4. mozilla/5.0 (ipad; cpu os 10_2 like mac os x) applewebkit/602.3.12 (khtml, like gecko) version/10.0 mobile/14c92 safari/602.1
    5. mozilla/5.0 (linux; android 4.4.2; en-us; samsung sm-t700 build/kot49h) applewebkit/537.36 (khtml, like gecko) version/1.5 chrome/28.0.1500.94 safari/537.36

    Could you please suggest as to what is the fix for ensuring that the data file returns device information for all the user-agent strings as above and many more we discover?

    Hi Praful,

    Thank you for the question. It appears we do not have the 5 User-Agents you have listed as we have not seen them before. More information on Pattern Detection can be found here https://51degrees.com/support/docum...on/pattern

    The User-Agents have been added to our database so will detect correctly in the next Premium Data file on 21/09/2017. I will email once it is available to download.

    If you have any more User-Agents that are not detecting device information please email them to datasupervisors@51degrees.com so we can correct the detection.
