    We have observed some data centres not responding extremely intermittently to cloud service device detection requests. Our service provider has advised of network issues in multiple data centres impacting us and other customers. They are investigating and we expect to provide an update by 23:00 GMT 29th December 2015.

    We have been advised that network stability is now resolved in all data centres. Our independent monitoring has confirmed this to be the case over the last 30 minutes. We are therefore closing the incident and will continue to monitor the situation.
