Sitecore boosts Device Detection service with 51Degrees integration

Formal partnership agreement announcing 51Degrees as Sitecore’s embedded device detection provider

New with version 9 of Sitecore Experience Platform

Sitecore, the leading Web content management company, is delighted to announce its formal partnership agreement with 51Degrees.  51Degrees will be Sitecore's Device Detection service provider. Sitecore is a leader for eight years running in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for web content management.  51Degrees already provides Device Intelligence to over 1.5 million websites worldwide.

Sitecore stated the following in their blog published this week:

"We’re pleased to announce a new partnership with 51Degrees as the Sitecore® Experience Platform™ Device Detection service provider. The service will be available to customers starting with Sitecore Version 9, provided to existing customers under valid maintenance contracts"
